Terms of Service – Custom Orders

Welcome to NovaCreazions. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any custom-made products.

1. Custom-Made Products

All custom items are handmade and created specifically for each customer. Products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Tumblers
  • Snow Globe Tumblers
  • Resin Keepsakes
  • Custom Shoes
  • Bling Crocs
  • Wine Glasses
  • Custom Ties
  • Bags and Accessories
  • Digital Designs
  • Other personalized items

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, embellishments, glitter, rhinestones, resin effects, and design details may occur. These variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.

2. Order Approval

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Sizes
  • Colors
  • Themes
  • Photos
  • Logos
  • Custom wording

NovaCreazions is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Design proofs may be provided for certain custom orders. Once a proof is approved, no additional changes can be made unless additional design fees apply.

3. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.

  • Deposits secure your order and materials.
  • Work will not begin until the required deposit or full payment is received.
  • Remaining balances must be paid before shipment or pickup.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the order without a refund of the deposit.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on the item ordered and current order volume.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Factors that may affect production include:

  • Material availability
  • Design complexity
  • Customer response delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Shipping carrier delays

Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

5. Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, NovaCreazions is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Damaged packages caused by the carrier

Customers should ensure that shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Additional shipping insurance may be purchased upon request.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all custom items are personalized and made to order:

All custom sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom-designed products
  • Custom color selections
  • Size selection errors provided by the customer
  • Change of mind purchases

If an item arrives damaged due to a workmanship issue, customers must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.

7. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted and may contain minor imperfections that naturally occur in handmade items, including:

  • Small air bubbles in resin
  • Slight variations in glitter placement
  • Minor differences in rhinestone positioning
  • Slight color variations

These are not considered defects.

8. Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with their purchase.

Failure to follow care instructions may void eligibility for replacement consideration.

Examples include:

  • Hand wash only
  • Do not soak
  • Avoid extreme heat
  • Handle with care
  • Do not place in dishwasher or microwave unless specifically stated

9. Intellectual Property

NovaCreazions reserves the right to photograph completed custom products and use those images for:

  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Social media
  • Website listings
  • Portfolio displays

By placing an order, customers grant permission for product photos to be used unless otherwise requested in writing before production begins.

10. Customer-Supplied Images & Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any photos, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for customization.

NovaCreazions is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided content.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once materials have been purchased or production has started, cancellations are not permitted and deposits remain non-refundable.

12. Limitation of Liability

NovaCreazions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product purchased through our website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
