Processing Time
Because most of our products are custom-made, processing times vary depending on the item ordered and design complexity.
Standard Processing Times
- Custom Tumblers: 2–4 weeks
- Resin Keepsakes: 2–6 weeks
- Custom Shoes & Crocs: 4–6 weeks
- Custom Apparel & Accessories: 2–4 weeks
- Digital Products: Delivered electronically upon completion
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Custom Order Approval
For personalized items, customers may be contacted to confirm design details before production begins. Delays in responding to design questions, proof approvals, or requests for additional information may extend production times.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier based on the size and destination of the package.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Shipping Timeframes
After your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- NovaCreazions is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
- Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, NovaCreazions is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related delays
- Incorrect delivery by the carrier
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Local Pickup (If Offered)
If local pickup is available, customers will be contacted with pickup instructions once their order is completed.
Holiday & Peak Season Orders
During holidays, sales events, and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than normal. We recommend placing orders early for special occasions and gifts.
