At NovaCreazions, every item is handcrafted and customized specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom Wine Glasses
  • Resin Keepsakes
  • Memorial Keepsakes
  • Custom Shoes & Bling Shoes
  • Custom Crocs
  • Custom Bags & Accessories
  • Personalized Gifts
  • Digital Designs

Because each item is made to your specifications, we cannot resell customized products.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your spot in our production schedule and cover materials purchased for your custom order.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information, including:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Design Requests
  • Photos and Images

NovaCreazions is not responsible for errors provided by the customer after production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Shipping Issues

NovaCreazions is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted due to materials being purchased and production scheduling.

Processing & Turnaround Time

Custom orders require time to create. Estimated turnaround times will be listed on each product page and may vary based on order volume and customization requests.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
