Custom-Made Product Notice

All products offered by NovaCreazions that are designated as custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially created according to customer specifications are uniquely handcrafted and produced exclusively for the customer placing the order.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details, including but not limited to:

• Names
• Dates
• Colors
• Images
• Logos
• Spellings
• Custom wording
• Size selections
• Product specifications

NovaCreazions is not responsible for errors submitted or approved by the customer.

Intellectual Property

By providing photos, logos, artwork, trademarks, or other materials for customization, you certify that you own the rights to use such materials or have obtained the necessary permissions. NovaCreazions shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-provided content.

Handmade Variations

Each item is handcrafted and may contain slight variations in color, placement, texture, glitter distribution, resin effects, rhinestone placement, or overall appearance. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Production Time

Custom orders require production time before shipment. Estimated turnaround times are provided on product listings and may vary based on order volume, material availability, customization complexity, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted.

No Returns on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made by NovaCreazions.

Shipping Delays

NovaCreazions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

NovaCreazions' maximum liability for any claim relating to a custom order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances shall NovaCreazions be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions. Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage to the product and will void any replacement consideration.
